CONTENT CREATION

Peter started making gear videos for Markbass in 2010, less than five years after the launch of YouTube. In 2019 the brand once again asked him to produce a series of official product videos. Since 2020, he's made 15 official product videos for Chinese wireless system brand Xvive.

Peter's goal with video content is to clearly give prospective customers the information they need to make an informed decision to buy your product. Before they will consider buying what you’re selling, musicians need to understand how your product will both help and inspire them.

Peter can appear onscreen as the host of the video, or simply use his voice along with video, photos and graphics of the product. In most cases, if the product is an instrument, amplifier, effect or software, Peter is able to show it off in a musical context himself—but if and as necessary, he can enlist the help of other professional musicians. This can all be done in-house in Peter's studio in Toronto, including all video and audio production.

Sometimes your product may need more extensive video production: possibly a location shoot, actors, a whole band, or a whole audience. In these cases, Peter will work with his local video experts to do whatever needs to be done.

Peter can also work remotely with endorsing artists anywhere around the world, to help them produce effective content for your brand. And if you need product photography or audio recordings for your marketing, Peter is able to help out in these areas as well.

If you need explainer videos, advertising spots, artist endorsement clips, product photography or audio samples, please reach out to discuss all the options!

THE MOST CONCISE, CLEARLY STATED AND INFORMATIVE DEMOS

“The latest official demos that Peter Murray has done for Markbass products are simply the most concise, clearly stated and informative demos I have ever seen. His knowledge of the products is evident and I especially like the way he will set up a looped pattern on the bass and then demonstrate how each function of the amp affects the sound being reproduced. All in all, very helpful in the decision making process for the consumer.”
